“Happiness depends on your attitude, not on what you have,” the meme posted on Eason’s Instagram Stories Wednesday reads.
Despite confessing to shooting Evans’ dog, Nugget, after the animal allegedly snapped at the couple’s 2-year-old daughter, Ensley, it does not appear that Eason will endure any legal repercussions.
The Columbus County, North Carolina, Sheriff’s Office shared a press release that said police conducted a welfare check at Eason’s home Tuesday night at around 7:30 p.m, but officers found all of the human residents were fine. “There was no evidence to substantiate a further investigation,” the statement said.

“I dont give a damn what animal bites my baby on the face … whether it be your dog or mine, a dog is a dog and I dont put up with that s–t at all,” Eason captioned a video of the incident, adding, “Some people are worth killing or dying for and my family means that much to me.”
The public has since expressed its outrage over the dog’s murder online, and the sheriff’s office said in the statement that it directed all complaints to Columbus County Animal Control. However, a source at the Animal Control center told Page Six that it only handles complaints involving animals that are still alive.
While Eason shares positive messages on his social media, Evans expressed her sadness over the loss of her dog.
On Instagram, the reality star said she is “crying every day,” adding hashtags “#Broken” and “#Distraught.”
“We are dealing with this rough situation,” Evans also told Us Weekly. “I want to focus on what’s best for me and my kids. [Divorce is] in thoughts, but nothing is finalized.”
Kaley Cuoco isn’t ready for the end of The Big Bang Theory. The series, which also stars Jim Parsons, Johnny Galecki, Mayim Bialik, Melissa Rauch, Kunal Nayyar and Simon Helberg, will air its final episode later this month following 12 seasons. In a new interview, the actress details why it’s been really tough to say goodbye.
“I feel I go through these waves of depression about it,” Cuoco, 33, reveals in the new issue of Haute Living. “It’s been like a death. It’s hard to let go of something I’m so used to, that’s been a part of my life for so many years.”
The actress called the ending “very bittersweet” and a “weird mental” experience. “I’m very excited for the future, but it’s like letting go of a comfort blanket,” she added. “There’s a part of me that loves that we’re ending and still on top, especially with the way television is going now. Our show is considered not very modern — things have changed in this era of streaming and Netflix — but people still tune in, and it feels good that we’ve kept this classic going for so long. We might be the last of its kind; there’s not many [shows] that have done what Big Bang has done.”
The 8 Simple Rules alum also said that part of her thought the show could have continued on for another three years, but has come to terms with the ending. “I also don’t want to be walking with a cane in the show or be in a wheelchair,” she said. “We need to stop at some point; we’re all getting a little bit older.”
In August, CBS announced that the 12th season of the sitcom would be the last, an announcement that was “a little bit shocking” for everyone on the cast. “We all just assumed we were going to try and make it work, but this group is really all for one and one for all, and it doesn’t work unless it’s all of us,” the actress told the magazine, before adding that while it took time, she’s accepted it now.
Cuoco noted: “The show has changed all of our lives. It’s definitely changed mine.”
The Big Bang Theory will air its final episode on CBS Thursday, May 16, at 8 p.m. ET. It will be followed by Unraveling the Mystery: A Big Bang Farewell, a half-hour retrospect special featuring Cuoco and Galecki.

The feeling inside the stage where the comedy has made its home on the Warner Bros. Studio lot in Burbank was much like that of the last day of high school. Emotions were flowing as the cast and crew finished making 279 episodes of television together.
It hit some, well, like a big bang.
For the cast who posted about the final taping on Instagram, where the embargoes that prevent reporters in attendance from spilling too many details of the night or anything about the episode's contents do not apply, the mood was clear: this end of an era has hit them all hard.
"Thank you for your words. Thank you for your encouragement. Thank you for tuning in night in and night out," Kunal Nayyar wrote. "Thank you for the stories you shared about how this show made you feel. Thank you too, for the not so nice times. Thank you, for lifting us up when we were down."
Nayyar, Johnny Galecki and Melissa Rauch all celebrated birthdays on the final day of filming.
Galecki and Nayyar share a birthday and Rauch's is in June. She explained on Instagram that hers was celebrated on the final day of filming as they won't be together by the time actual birthday comes around.
Rauch began appearing on the show in the third season. Not long after, she and Mayim Bialik's Amy Farrah Fowler joined the main cast that already included Jim Parsons, Kaley Cuoco and Simon Helberg, forming an ensemble as strong as they come on television comedies.
"As we get ready to tape our final episode tonight, to walk in and out of this apartment door for the last time, it is hard to find the words to articulate what a profound experience this has been," Parsons wrote on Instagram ahead of the taping. "But the words "love" and "gratitude" come to mind... so love and gratitude to all of you. ALL of you. Thank you."
On Tuesday, the cast filmed the second part of what will be a one-hour farewell episode. It airs May 16.
Game of Thrones Season 8, Episode 3--The Long Night--aired on Sunday, marking the longest-ever episode of the show. It also featured the show's biggest battle. You can check out our Episode 3 review for our impressions as we move on toward the last three episodes of the series. We also have some complaints about who dies in the episode.
We also have new theories and a breakdown of what happened with Jon's dragon, Rhaegal, as well as a collection of Easter eggs and references from Episode 3 that you might not have noticed. It was the show's most-watched episode ever, which makes sense given that it marked the culmination of a storyline established in Game of Thrones' very first scene. But what happened to Ghost? Read on to find out.
Game of Thrones reached a major climax in its final season in The Long Night, the third of the show's final six episodes. With the army of the dead at its gates, the forces of the living, led by Daenerys Targaryen and Jon Snow, faced a final showdown with the Night King. Along with the forces of the North, the Freefolk, the Unsullied, and the Dothraki, there was Jon Snow's long-missing direwolf, Ghost, joining the fighters for the living--least for a second.
We've been wondering what the deal is with Ghost for quite a while. He last had any real screentime back in Season 6, when Melisandre resurrected Jon from the dead. He basically vanished after that, on account of the effort and cost of animating the direwolves being actually pretty high. But we saw him briefly return in Season 8's second episode, establishing that the pup was hanging around Winterfell with Jon. And finally, we saw him get into the action at the start of the Battle of Winterfell.
Ghost charges into the fight with Daenerys's Dothraki screamers and Jorah Mormont, who lead the battle against the army of the dead. Slowly, however, we realize the Dothraki are completely overmatched, and only a few horses and Jorah Mormont seem to survive the attack. Ghost isn't among the survivors who we see come fleeing back to Winterfell--so what happened to the direwolf?
It seems there's no wight version of Ghost out there in the fields around Winterfell, despite the suggestion that the direwolf might have fallen in battle. Though he never shows up again in Episode 3, HBO gave a super-quick hint that there's more Ghost to come, at least in the next episode of the show.
You can very briefly glimpse Ghost with the survivors of the Battle of Winterfell in the teaser for Episode 4, which aired at the end of The Long Night. Look extremely closely on the right side of the frame, behind Daenerys and Samwell Tarly, and you'll catch sight of Ghost hanging out with everybody else just outside the Winterfell gates, as the survivors ostensibly prepare to burn the many, many bodies piled up outside the castle. A flash of white fur and four legs is about all we can spot, though.
Not seeing what Ghost got up to in the Battle of Winterfell was definitely something of a bummer. In the early seasons of the show and in George R. R. Martin's "A Song of Ice and Fire" novels on which they're based, the direwolves and their connection to the Stark children always seemed like a very big deal, and a relationship that was leading somewhere. The show has all but written the remaining direwolves out altogether, though. Summer, Bran's wolf, died protecting him at the cave of the Three-Eyed Raven, and Rickon's wolf Shaggy Dog died off-screen before the Battle of the Bastards in Season 6. Ghost pretty much vanished from the show, along with Arya's wolf Nymeria, who showed up briefly in Season 7 to give Arya an emotional moment before disappearing back into the woods. In fact, there were some fan theories that suggested both Ghost and Nymeria would have a part to play in the battle against the Night King and in saving their respective Starks. That the direwolves and their relationships with the Stark family has seemingly amounted to so little is one of the bigger disappointments with the show's adaptation of the novels.
It's not clear what role Ghost might have, if any, going forward. We know Daenerys means to head south to King's Landing with her remaining forces to take the Iron Throne, and one assumes Jon will be in tow to help. So maybe Ghost is heading down to rip out the throats of some Golden Company dudes. Maybe Ghost will take a page from his sister and go be free, now that the threat of the Night King has been eliminated. It would certainly help keep the effects budget down for show's last few episodes.
It's no surprise that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have their own Instagram account these days, separate from the longtime KensingtonRoyal Instagram handle they had previously shared with Prince William and Kate Middleton. Back in April when the new account launched, the future mom and dad followed the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, as well as other family members, including Princess Eugenie.
However, that's not the case today as the SussexRoyal account only follows 16 others and William and Kate's is not one of them. However, don't ring the royal alarms because there's quite the reasonable explanation for the sudden change.
As the expectant pair explained in a new Instagram post, "May is Mental Health Awareness Month in the US and May 13-19 is Mental Health Awareness Week in the UK. To pay tribute to all of the incredible work people across the globe are doing in this space, we are hoping to shine a light on several Instagram accounts that promote mental well-being, mental fitness, body positivity, self-care, and the importance of human connection—to not just hear each other, but to listen."
As a result, they are highlighting 16 accounts they've followed that are in some way related to mental health.
"We are all in this together," the couple assured. "We invite you to explore the extraordinary stories of strength, and the commitment to kindness as seen in the above accounts."

They further confirmed their strategy, noting, "Each month we will honor this same concept and change the accounts we solely follow based on a different theme or cause. Please go to our homepage and click 'following' to see each of the select accounts and find out more about their work."
Meanwhile, William and Kate are also carrying on with their royal duties and doing their part in the realm of improving mental health. The Duchess of Cambridge, whom Queen Elizabeth IIrecently appointed to Dame Grand Cross of the Royal Victorian Order, stepped out on Wednesday to open the Kantor Center of Excellence in London, which brings researchers, practitioners and young people together to improve mental health services.
Post-credits scenes have been a huge staple in Marvel movies for the last decade or so, so when there wasn't an Avengers: Endgame post-credits scene you could say that some people were a little disappointed. I mean, there was an audible groan in our particular showing, so that's quite the mood. Well, technically there was something, just not the usual couple of minutes of footage pointing at what's next in the MCU. It was particularly frustrating due to the inevitable excitement of fans going into Marvel Phase 4 too. But, now director Joe Russo is saying that doing a post-credits scene for Endgame was "never" going to happen.
"It was never in the cards," said Russo in an interview with USA Today. "It was called 'Endgame' for a reason. This is it. This is the ending. The book is closed on that chapter of the Marvel universe, and a new book will get written."
His brother and co-director Anthony Russo added that not having to steer into the next chapter of the MCU was a "great thrill".
"This was the first Marvel movie we've done where we weren't thinking about the future," said Anthony Russo. "There's no future. There will be future, of course, but it's not our responsibility."
That echoes the Russo brothers statements to us earlier this month that the duo are done with the MCU for the foreseeable future.
"It's our Endgame, at least for now," confirmed Antony Russo in an interview with GamesRadar. "We don't have any plans for now to make any more Marvel movies."
"It certainly may come up in the future at some point. We have a wonderful working relationship with [Marvel Studios] and a great passion for what they're doing."
What a perfect way to bow gracefully out of the MCU. At least for now.
Warning: Contains stabby spoilers for Game of Thrones Season 8, episode three.
The Battle of Winterfell seemed to divide a lot of Game of Thrones fans. Plenty of people loved it. Others thought it was a bit disappointing. Some basically couldn't see it.
But despite your thoughts about the episode itself, one thing seems pretty easy to agree on: the outcome was certainly a surprising one.
Many people were expecting the Night King — who had been built up to be the show's ultimate adversary — to triumph at the battle. Not many predicted how, or when, he'd die.
Okay, so that stuff about the dragonglass is unconfirmed. But everything else — from Arya killing the Night King with the dagger to Bran knowing it was going to happen — is pretty much bang on.
