Lori Harvey is in hot water after hitting a parked car with her Mercedes SUV then fleeing the scene.
The step daughter of Steve Harvey, and the daughter of Majorie Harvey, was arrested, the Beverly Hills Police Department said for delaying a police investigation.
According to E! News, the socialite hit a car on the 200 block of Moreno Drive in Los Angeles on Sunday night at 9:48 p.m., hours after leaving Nobu restaurant. OK! magazine claims that Harvey flipped her car during the accident, which was reportedly caused by Harvey texting and driving.
Harvey, who fled the scene, authorities said, was picked up close by and received a misdemeanor citation. She wasn’t booked.
The news comes after Harvey reportedly split with Diddy.
