What Are the Odds of Kate, Meghan, and Eugenie All Having Royal Babies in 2020? - Showbiz Cheat Sheet

There’s no doubt the whole world loves royal babies. Kate Middleton and Prince William have three adorable children, and Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have Archie Harrison. But, there’s a real possibility that Queen Elizabeth could be welcoming even more great-grandchildren to the fold over the next year.

Kate Middleton, Meghan Markle, and Princess Eugenie could all have babies in 2020, at least that’s what the British bookies have to say.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry want ‘no more’ than two children

Meghan Markle just gave birth to Archie Harrison in May 2019, but there’s a chance she could be pregnant soon. After all, Markle and Harry have been open about wanting to complete their family, and Markle is 38, which is considered advanced maternal age. While it would still be a little early for Markle to be pregnant now, considering Archie Harrison is only about five months old, it seems reasonable that by the spring of 2020, Markle and Prince Harry would be about ready to start thinking about another baby.

Prince Harry has stated that due to concerns about the environment, he and Markle want two children “maximum.” For both Markle and the baby’s health, if they do really want two children, they should start to consider it sooner rather than later.

Kate Middleton would love another baby

As the future queen consort, Kate Middleton has a lot on her plate these days. She has a lot of responsibilities and duties for the royal family, in addition to being a mom of three – Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. Still, sources say Kate Middleton and Prince William would love to have four children total. Even though Middleton suffered from extreme morning sickness with her pregnancies, she could very well be ready to experience it all one more time for the sake of completing their family.

There are some clues the Duchess of Cambridge could be pregnant already – Middleton has recently changed up her hairstyle, which is considered an indication of pregnancy among royal women. The palace hasn’t yet announced anything though, so any pregnancy speculation should be taken with a grain of salt.

Princess Eugenie recently got married

Princess Eugenie is the daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson. She hasn’t lived her life in the spotlight as much as some of the other royal family members and has her own career outside of the royal family. Princess Eugenie married her longtime boyfriend, Jack Brooksbank, in October 2018, and friends and family from all over the world attended their nuptials.

As newlyweds, it seems likely that Princess Eugenie and her new husband are considering starting their own family. Especially with the drama currently happening with her father, Prince Andrew, Princess Eugenie might want something positive and happy to focus on.

The odds are good for three royal babies in 2020

Royal oddsmakers certainly believe the time is ripe for three baby announcements coming from the royal family. Within the past few weeks, with mounting pregnancy speculation regarding Middleton, Markle, and Princess Eugenie, the odds of three royal babies in 2020 have improved to 5/1, according to recent reports

While the palace hasn’t made any announcements, royal watchers should stay on high alert over the next few months. There has been a lot of drama and negative publicity surrounding the royal family recently, so baby news could be just the ticket to rejuvenate everyone within the royal circle.
